Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. By using Chargedeck you agree not to use it for any of the following. We may suspend or terminate accounts, and report to authorities, for breaches.
1. General rules
- Obey all applicable laws in every jurisdiction you and your Buyers are in.
- Comply with the rules of your connected payment processor: anything they prohibit is prohibited here, even if not listed below.
- No fraud, deception, or misleading claims.
2. Prohibited products & services
You may not sell, offer, or facilitate:
- Anything illegal in the Seller's or Buyer's jurisdiction.
- Controlled or illegal drugs, novel psychoactive substances, or products marketed for the production or consumption of illegal drugs.
- Prescription or controlled medicines, unapproved health products, "miracle cures", or false / unsubstantiated health claims.
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives and related parts.
- Adult sexual content or services where restricted by law or your processor.
- Gambling, betting or lotteries without the required licences.
- Counterfeit, replica or IP-infringing goods; stolen goods.
- Regulated financial products, securities, investment or crypto-asset schemes, money transmission, or money-service-business activity.
- Pyramid, Ponzi or MLM schemes, "get-rich-quick" offers, or deceptive / negative-option billing.
- Tobacco, vapes, nicotine or alcohol without required age-verification and licensing.
- Hate, extremist or terrorist content, or content promoting violence.
- Child sexual abuse material or any content exploiting or endangering minors: zero tolerance; reported immediately.
- Malware, hacking or surveillance tools, account credentials, or services facilitating unauthorised access.
- Human trafficking or exploitation, and the sale of personal data or doxxing.
- Other high-risk / processor-restricted categories: unlicensed pharmaceuticals, essay mills, debt collection, bail bonds, telemarketing / lead-gen scams, penny auctions, and similar.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
- Deceptive, misleading or unfair practices; hidden charges.
- Chargeback abuse or transaction laundering (processing payments for another, undisclosed business).
- Infringing others' IP, privacy or other rights.
- Interfering with, attacking, reverse-engineering or overloading the Service.
- Using the Service while suspended, or evading enforcement.
3A. Campaigns
You must not create a Campaign (fundraiser, pre-order or group buy) that:
- offers or implies equity, shares, securities, dividends, interest, a loan, a debenture, a promissory note, a revenue share, a profit share, or any financial or investment return of any kind;
- describes a payment as an investment, or a Backer as an investor;
- solicits charitable donations or presents itself as a charitable appeal;
- omits a genuine delivery estimate, or states one the Seller does not intend to meet;
- offers goods or services already prohibited elsewhere in this policy;
- raises money for a business or project you do not control, or misrepresents who will fulfil the order.
Campaigns are for pre-selling goods and services only. Backers must receive goods or services in return, never a financial return.
4. Consequences
We may, at our discretion and without notice, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, withdraw access, and report unlawful activity to law enforcement, payment processors, or regulators.
